PAYMENT AND BOOKING FEE
The hunting season runs from April through August. To confirm bookings, 50% of the total daily rate is required. The balance is payable on commencement of the safari.
Payment may only be made by traveller checks, cash or bank certified checks.
A $1500 deposit is required to confirm package deals.
Should a cancellation occur 60 days or more before the start of the safari, the deposit less any expenses incurred will gladly be refunded.
No refunds will be granted for late arrivals or early departures.
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
The date of arrival of the respective client will be considered a non-hunting day. It is essential for clients to advise us in a timely manner about which species are requested and their order of preference.

Daily Rates Include:
Service of a professional hunter, skinners, trackers and a hunting vehicle.
Accommodations, meals, drinks and daily laundry service.
Transportation during the hunt.
Pickup and delivery to the airport.
Field preparations of trophies.
License fees for animals.
DAILY RATES EXCLUDE:
Trophy fees of animals bagged and wounded.
Hotel accommodation before and after the safari.
Firearms and ammunition (renting of firearms can be arranged).
Gratuities to staff.
Air fares or charter flights to or in South Africa.

Travel
A valid passport and entry visa may be required to enter South Africa. We suggest you consult your travel agent, who can advise you on the documents necessary to visit South Africa.
Climate and Clothing
We recommend light weight khaki or green coloured clothing for evenings and early mornings is required. Good comfortable walking shoes or boots and a hat is essential. South Africa has a healthy climate, particularly in winter – so no inoculations are required. Temperatures range from very hot during the day to below freezing during the winter nights

It is very important that each hunter wishing to temporarily import fire arms into South Africa should pay close attention to these requirements.
